At Dab Rigs & Bongs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, brand-new items in their original packaging to ensure you get the perfect piece for your collection.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on glass that has been used.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack your item using the original protective materials to prevent breakage during transit. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
